Material and Treatment Details

• Material: The product contact material is AL6XN, a super-austenitic stainless steel alloy known for superior corrosion resistance, as specified by the part number's "E" prefix.

• Female Sleeve: The bearing system's female sleeve is made of Silicon Carbide (SiC) for durability and low wear.

• O-rings: The standard O-rings are made from FDA & USP Class VI compliant EPDM, suitable for sanitary use.

• Surface Treatment: The mixing head is electro polished (EP), resulting in a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.5 µm (20 µin). Non-animal origin polishing compounds are used.
